One-on-One Care: The Support You Deserve
Helping Hands Hale is a Home Care Service Provider in Hawaii that can provide you with the one on one in-home care services you deserve. From our personal care services to our homemaking, we can help make life easier and less stressful for you. The best part is that we can have a dedicated caregiver to provide you with the help you need to live the life you want, in the comfort of your own home. So how can we provide you the support you deserve?

  • Homemaking: One of the hardest things that many senior citizens go through is the challenge of household chores. Doing the laundry, washing the dishes, cleaning the house, picking up groceries, and even preparing meals on a daily basis is not only time-consuming but it is also exhausting. By offering you personalized homemaking services, you can rest and relax because we will handle your chores for you. This gives you the time to pursue the things you actually prefer to do.

  • Personal Care: As an in-home care service provider in Hilo, Hawaii, we can offer you exceptional personal care services on a 24/7 basis. Whether you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night or need help with your personal hygiene during the day, you can count on a professional and respectful healthcare provider to help you out. This is a service that you will not be able to enjoy at a nursing home where their caregivers need to take care of many people at once. With our services, you can enjoy help from your own personal care provider.

  • Medication: We can help you manage and take your medications. You no longer have to stress out trying to remember what meds to take and when you need to take them because we will take care of it for you. We can also pick up your prescription medications for you as well, just to make life a bit easier.

The state of Hawaii has determined that most caregivers are considered employees and in order to LEGALLY hire and pay your OWN caregiver, you must have a company established with State and Federal tax ID numbers. In addition to their hourly pay you must also pay for Workers Compensation Insurance, Temporary Disability Insurance, General Liability Insurance, and if the caregiver works more than 20 hours per week you must also provide medical insurance for each caregiver. Therefore; choosing an established agency such as Helping Hands Hale is an affordable and easy solution that will save you time, money, and relief from being in violation of State and Federal Labor Laws.
